• Use the form. It’s easy and makes things a lot easier, definitely for staff member and me that are all ready staff. Don’t use it deleted or maybe ignored until you do .
  
• Be bloody patient, can’t really stress this enough not just here but well everywhere. Be a bit patient is all I ask, it takes time because we all hate dead and destroyed sites am I right?
  
• Also don’t double post; there is an edit button at the top right USE IT! Get a habit of the edit button it is your friend.
  
• Also be warned we won’t always look for capable staff so do expect to have well enough as it is.

• They are trustworthy, and I and other admins know them well enough, as in they are in at LEAST one site besides my own.
  
• I chat with them many times, know what their limits and such are, and how they act around with others.
  
• Don’t think being admin means to just relax and also be an ass. They know this and try everything they can to help around, spreading ideas around to help and ect.
  
• At most cases they try to stay active at least twice a week or more often than that, and also tries to keep in touch with members of any kind,
